Meet Our Team
Rachel Sailer, LSW
I’m Rachel– I believe in the power of healing through a holistic approach of connection and understanding. Healing takes time—it's a process that unfolds differently for each client. I am passionate about creating a supportive environment for individuals, couples and families by exploring their strengths and challenges, developing practical strategies for coping and growth, and nurturing deeper connections within themselves and all relationships.
I have a master's degree in social work from the University of Denver, specializing in mental health, and training from Denver Family Institute in couples and family therapy. I have a deep understanding of systemic, cultural, and social justice issues. I believe in the power of understanding how our identities intersect and influence our personal growth and relationships. By helping you build awareness around compassion, we pave the way for deeper self-discovery and meaningful connections.
In my practice, I am dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your experiences and emotions without judgment. I help my clients navigate a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidality, relationship issues, grief and loss, and stress.
I have a strengths-based and attachment-focused approach. I am passionate about empowering you to embrace your authentic self. Together, we will be exploring your attachment style. You will gain awareness and insight by building support, finding resources, and fostering positive change that aligns with your values and goals.
